H Squared is owned and operated by Dustin and Valerie Hills.  Dustin began his career serving two enlistments in the USAF. He served in multiple tours including Operation Enduring Freedom.

Dustin’s civilian career included 11 years working as a developer, programmer, and manager with integrators and original equipment manufacturers. He quickly became known for taking on the most challenging jobs and an ability to work with unfamiliar hardware and software.

Over time Dustin found that many integrator business models did not fully serve the needs of their customers. He saw that smaller production facilities were priced out of doing needed upgrades and improvements. This put them at a distinct disadvantage in an already difficult market. This led Dustin to found H Squared. By remaining small and flexible he is able to provide unique solutions to his customers. H Squared customers can now make large scale improvements with small scale service and pricing.
